We’ve changed the batteries but the safe is still sounding an alarm and we aren’t able to open it. What can be wrong?

Hi, With regards to the batteries, we would recommend to change the batteries to brand new Duracell ones to see if this works first? Thanks Dan

What happens if the batteries fail on this safe? Also what happens if I forget the code?

Thank you for contacting us regarding this safe, the batteries are located externally so can be replaced if they fail or do not have sufficient power to work the locking mechanism. As this is a security safe there is no way to gain access if you forget your code.
