What is a Data Safe?
Fireproof data safes have been designed to resist fire at lower temperatures due to data media having a lower resistance of 52˚C. In comparison to others that are stored such as paper (175˚C) and digital media (120˚C). Compared to fire document safes, data safes require more protection as media can become corrupted or even melt at a lower temperature.
In addition, a fire resistant data safe protects your media against the effects of extinguishing water and moisture thanks to the sealing around the safe door. Data safes offer the highest degree of protection against fire.
What data safe is right for me?
