what if battery goes flat?

Hi, If the batteries go flat or fail, then these can be replaced on the outside of the safe so there is no possible option of a lockout. Best Regards Dan

My safe es-030 is just going through the start prompt then just beeps and the red light flashes so I think I need to reset it how do I accomplish this?

We have this safe and my wife tried several times to open it and the alarm went off. How can I reset the safe and shut off the alarm?

Hi, I am not sure it is exactly the same safe but if the code is input incorrectly then an alarm can sound. To change the code you will need to consult your instructions and this will most likely need to be done with the door open. If you would like us to email you instructions please let us know.
