How does the master reset work? Surely if they all have the same reset, this is a problem?

Morning, I note that the keypad is powered by batteries. When they are running low do you get an alert? Thank you

Thank you for contacting us about this Phoenix Safe model the Titan 1283e. You will get a warning to let you know the battery is low. The batteries are changed on the outside and the code is retained if the batteries do run out of power to make the lock function.
