High Security Underfloor Safes
Floor safes are also known as an underfloor safes with some models supplied with a deposit facility. This allows you to deposit small items such as coins or small pieces of jewellery without having to open the safe by using deposit capsules.
A floor safe is ideal for home use along with small businesses who require to store cash and valuables securely. Having an underfloor safe installed adds an extra level of security for your valuables as it is hidden out of sight and away from view.
Each underfloor safe comes with a recommended insurance rating when storing cash or valuables overnight. We have floor safes that start with an insurance rating of £1,000 for cash / £10,000 for valuables right up to £17,500 for cash / £175,000 for valuables.
Door Shapes on a Hidden Floor Safe
We offer a variety of neck shapes in our underfloor safes range, these are either a square or circular shape. Depending on what you wish to store it is worth considering what shape would suit your requirements best.

Another feature on some of the hidden safes is that they are also given a water resistant dust cover which protects the lock and sits tightly onto the neck of the underfloor safe.
Underfloor Safe Locking Types
As standard our floorsafe range come with a key locking mechanism, however you can upgrade this to either a mechanical combination lock or an electronic lock if required on certain models.

Installing Floor Safes in Concrete
Underfloor safes are constructed with high quality steel and hardened steel plates to protect the lock. Installing a floor safe is essential to the security of your cash and valuables.
We would strongly recommend that you have a floor safe installed by a professional builder. Each underfloor safe will have different dimensions for the body of the safe along with the neck height.
Before completing any building work for your underfloor safe, please check and measure all of the necessary dimensions to make sure that the hidden floor safe will fit in the space correctly.
DID YOU KNOW? To install a floor safe you will need a special mix of concrete and also you will need approximately double the width and depth of the safe in size to install it properly. Manufacturers fitting instructions will be provided with all floor safes.
