- The product offered for sale does not accept UK A4 or foolscape suspension files, unclear from advertising information. On purchase I asked simplysafes what size it took, and they erroneously told me it did. Only an email to the manufacturer and a transatlantic order at considerable extra expense turned this into a useful storage product.
- Whilst the box is rather heavy this does mean that it is very solid with sufficient space for the items that I want to store.
