Are you locked out of your FireKing fire file? We are able to supply a replacement lock depending on the lock shape on your cabinet. The existing lock will need to be drilled open and we can arrange a locksmith to do this for you as it is not possible to carry this out on a DIY basis. Alternatively we are able to get replacement keys in sets of two, this takes up to 2 weeks. In order to do this we will need proof of purchase and the code located in the bottom right corner.

    I have a fireproof cabinet Phoenix 2242 purchased in 2009.
    Are you able to supply spare keys?
    The keys have a stamped number and the cabinet has a serial number.

    With regards to the additional keys you require, I would recommend to contact Phoenix directly in terms of purchasing additional keys.
